It is a three-year model.
- The first year is the Establishment Phase: Primarily for setting up infrastructure, providing food subsidies and conducting training.
- The second year is Support Phase: We gradually decrease the food subsidies and focus more on training and hand-holding.
- The third year is the Empowerment Phase: Where the emphasis shifts to offering guidance, encouragement and motivation. Empowering these women to become self-reliant entrepreneurs.
What began as a single center supporting 12 mothers has grown rapidly in just four years. Today, we have 101 centres across 12 states in India, primarily in Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra.
This expansion has positively impacted over 900 mothers and provided meals to more than 455,000 underprivileged individuals.
