Ma Ka Aahar

Nutrition for Mothers and Children

Ma Ka Aahar program is a targeted initiative aimed at combating malnutrition among some of the most vulnerable groups in society—malnourished children, pregnant women, lactating mothers. The program seeks to provide comprehensive nutritional support, ensuring that these groups receive the essential nutrients they need for healthy development and overall well-being.

By focusing on these at-risk populations, Ma Ka Aahar not only helps to improve immediate health outcomes but also aims to break the cycle of malnutrition that often passes from one generation to the next. Through carefully curated nutrition plans and ongoing support, the program strives to create healthier communities and empower women to nurture strong, healthy families.  In addition to its core mission, Ma Ka Aahar also includes cancer nutrition support, providing tailored nutritional assistance to women and mothers battling cancer. This holistic approach underscores the program’s commitment to addressing the specific dietary needs of those undergoing treatment while raising awareness about the importance of proper nutrition during critical stages of growth for young children and nursing mothers.
